Woundmonitor public presentation
The Third Meeting of Baltic Wound Management Associations took place on the 6-7-th of February, 2009 in Conference center Ambassador, Druskininkai, Lithuania. More than 250 delegates from Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Belarus, Russia, Denmark participated in this meeting. The two day meeting was organized in two parts – one day invited lectures, oral and poster presentations and the second day of practical seminars and workshops. During the second day innovations in wound management were presented to participants. Progress in the project WoundMonitor was presented by the team of Kaunas Medical University Hospital. This presentation started by the theoretical introduction of the concept and the project and was continued as the practical training.
The present Meeting of Baltic Wound Management Associations was supported by European Wound Management Association and visited by prof. Z.Rybak, EWMA Council Member and mr. H. Nielsen, Head of EWMA business office.
